Reporting Team Lead / Project Manager – Client Coordination

Own the client journey from kick-off to final handover.
We are looking for a communication-focused professional who can understand clients in simple language, document requirements clearly, coordinate the right internal Team Leaders, keep communication organised, and make sure the final delivery matches what the client originally approved.
This is not primarily a technical role. Strong listening, documentation, follow-up, ownership and professional communication matter more than deep technical expertise.

What You Will Own
1. Client Onboarding & Requirement Clarity
- Conduct initial consultation and requirement discussions.
- Understand the client's expected outcome, taste, preferences and references.
- Collect required files, documents, references and access details.
- Convert conversations into clear, simple documentation.
- Get client confirmation before execution starts.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Assign confirmed work to the relevant Team Leader.
- Coordinate with Development, Design, Odoo, Media, Management and other teams as required.
- Provide professional project updates through approved WhatsApp, email and meeting channels.
- Arrange Google Meet calls when a technical Team Leader needs client clarification.
- Keep important communication and requirement changes documented in Odoo.
3. Revision & Scope Control
- Document additional requirements, review points and scope changes.
- Coordinate the next revision or phase with the concerned Team Leader.
- Keep the original approved requirement visible so execution does not drift.
4. Final QC, Handover & Closure
- Perform client-perspective QC against the original requirement notes.
- Coordinate final rectification where required.
- Manage final handover and closure communication.
- Ensure required Odoo survey, feedback and review steps are completed.
How Client Communication Works
The Reporting Team Lead remains the primary client POC. Technical Team Leaders generally do not receive direct personal WhatsApp or phone access to the client.
If technical clarification is required, the concerned Team Leader informs the Reporting Team Lead. The Reporting Team Lead then arranges the required call or Google Meet and makes sure the discussion is documented.
After the requirement is confirmed, the concerned Team Leader decides which freelancer or team member should execute the task based on skill set, availability, previous performance, rating and delivery timeline. Different departments may work in parallel wherever the project allows.

Work Setup
The role can be performed remotely. Preferred online availability is approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Project work is managed through our Odoo/dashboard system. A mobile device may be required for client communication. A dedicated professional work number may be used with the organisation's official identity/DP and relevant client groups.
Previous project management experience is useful, but not mandatory if your communication, documentation and coordination skills are strong.

Project-Linked Earnings
This role follows a variable, project-linked earning model. It is not a guaranteed fixed monthly percentage or guaranteed monthly income.
For eligible projects successfully managed, completed and closed with the required documentation, QC, client satisfaction and closure checks, the performance payout can be up to 5% of eligible project value.
If a project is completed satisfactorily but the required client review/feedback is not collected, the applicable payout may be 4% instead of 5%. Other defined quality and closure checks may also affect final eligibility and will be explained during onboarding.
