KlarityXpert is building a verified freelancer talent pool for structured product-listing work. We are looking for specialists who can map simple and variable products, upload or import clean data, prevent duplicates and complete careful listing QA without guessing missing facts.
This is a remote, independent and project-linked opportunity. Assignments may involve Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo eCommerce or approved marketplaces according to your verified platform skills.

What You Will Do
- Validate approved source sheets, platform access, batch rules, categories, SKUs, prices, stock, tax data, descriptions and images.
- Create or update simple and variable products with accurate attribute and variation mapping.
- Place approved descriptions and images without changing their factual meaning.
- Map categories, tags, collections, product types and approved metadata.
- Use controlled CSV imports or bulk updates with backups, mapping and duplicate checks.
- Keep records in draft/unpublished mode until the assigned approval is complete.
- Submit counts, exception logs, corrections and final listing QA evidence.
What You Should Bring
- Strong spreadsheet accuracy and structured product-data handling.
- Practical listing ability in at least one approved store or marketplace platform.
- Simple/variable product, SKU, attribute and variation mapping skills.
- Category, collection, approved content and image-placement experience.
- CSV import, bulk-update, backup and duplicate-prevention awareness.
- Careful price, inventory and tax-data handling without assumptions.
- Clear exception reporting, reliable deadlines and credential safety.
Accuracy & Scope Rules
- Do not invent or silently change product facts, claims, SKU, price, tax, stock or availability.
- Do not publish, delete, overwrite, change ownership/billing or reset credentials without approval.
- Product-image creation, photography, substantive copywriting, SEO and store development are separate work.
- Do not run a risky bulk action without the approved mapping, backup and recovery path.
- Do not place client, supplier or catalogue data in unapproved tools or personal storage.
What To Include In Your Application
- Two catalogue examples with sensitive information redacted.
- One simple-product and one variable-product example.
- The platform, approximate product/SKU count, import/manual method and exact work completed by you.
- One source-data problem you caught and how you prevented a live error.
- Your realistic weekly availability, time zone, earliest start date and platform access.
Clearly state which descriptions, images, prices and product facts were supplied by others.

Any exercise uses fictional data and no live client store. Its timebox, submission rules and any applicable compensation are disclosed before you begin.
Project-Linked Terms
Each assignment is offered separately with its platform, batch, unit-count rule, deadline, acceptance criteria and payout agreed before work starts. Joining the talent pool does not guarantee a project, fixed monthly work or fixed monthly income. You may accept or decline future assignments before allocation.
