Own Development strategy, website-package execution planning, technical operations, resource allocation, Gate 1 review, source/environment/credential custody and service-line closure from the PM-approved master brief.

What You Will Do
- Translate the PM master brief into architecture, technical plan and small acceptance-based tasks
- Verify provider, entitlement, procurement and renewal requirements before technical setup
- Provision approved environments and least-privilege access
- Allocate suitable freelancers only after availability and deadline acceptance
- Review content, design and development lanes for an assembled website package
- Control backups, staging, deployment, sources, licences and credential custody
- Submit validated status and closure evidence to the PM
What You Should Bring
- Website architecture and delivery leadership
- WordPress/Shopify/web-stack review capability
- Hosting, DNS, SSL, email and deployment operations
- Freelancer task design and Gate 1 QA
- Security, backup, licence and credential discipline
- Clear technical documentation and escalation
Authority, Accuracy & Safety
- No unauthorized procurement, live deployment, destructive action or credential change
- No unsupported architecture, licence, security or performance promise
- No direct client dealing except a PM-arranged technical meeting
- No Utility role or separate Utility ownership; former Utility work remains Development Technical Operations
- No approval of commercial, legal or payment changes
